Baddeck is a buoy boat who brings new buoys into the harbour. Theodore was once jealous of Baddeck and his relationship with Bedford and Blandford, but they soon became great friends. ^[1]

Another time Bedford buoy almost left the harbor with Baddeck, as he was feeling forgotten and left out.
