Bayswater is a good friend of Brunswick. He once called Hank "bumper-bum". Bayswater and Brunswick are usually looked after by Theodore. He is a barge who's personality is to have fun all the time, but can disagree sometimes, and also, he has been told a story by Foduck, and him and Brunswick fell asleep.
