Chimey the clock tower

Chimey is the harbour's clock tower. He is seen in many episode but only speaks once. In the episode "Big Harbour Fools Day", Chimey is mentioned by name, and we discover he is the Tugboats' personal "wake up call". Chimey is modelled after the Halifax Town Clock on Citadel Hill.
