Gordon Hammond is a Canadian boat builder, who was one of the builders for the Theodore Too tugboat. He is the founder of Atlantex Creative Works, a company that was charged with building the fiberglass components of life-size Theodore—in other words, the face, hat, cabin, and smokestack.
