Haliburton is a houseboat who lives in an enclosed cove near the Big Harbour. Theodore once thought Haliburton was a haunted houseboat, making him scared. Thanks to Foduck, Theodore and Haliburton became fast friends. Hailburton was once afraid of Bobby Barge But Theodore Soon Introduced Bobby To Hailburton and soon no one was afraid. [1]
