Theodore's New Job is the fourth episode of the fourth season.
Plot
Bedford Buoy is excited when his friend Theodore was promoted to be inspector of the buoys. But ever since the promotion, Theodore doesn't seem to be much fun. In fact, the more he does his new job, the bossier Theodore gets. When Emily reminds Theodore of how he feels when George bosses him around, the young tug begins to see how the buoys must feel. He apologizes to Bedford, and this time, instead of giving the buoy a command, he asks his friend to help him do his job.
